"I just loves Thanksgiving or Christmas. I feel like Thanksgiving is all around looking at our blessings, being jointly as a family," Gosselin tells The media as she signs copies of her Multiple Blessings book at Kmart Monday.

Or it's a grand family! In the eve of Thanksgiving, Gosselin could be found in her kitchen preparing for at least 15 additional guests.

"The day before I prepare everything to just throw it in the oven. The pies, all the desserts I bake the day before," she says. "Jon requires the same meal each year. I have to bake a pumpkin pie. I'm not real crazy around it but we just have to have one in Thanksgiving."

Less importantly, Gosselin says she wants to advance her own holiday family traditions to pass in to her nine kids, which is why we will not just discover pumpkin pie in the table. Gosselin as-well likes to comprise one eggs custard pie or apple pie.

"I need our kids to be capable to look back in the holidays or recall quite concrete things," she says. "I loves to draw it off or I all-the-time get carried away. It's just the holiday spirit; it's awesome. I loves it."

Kate Gosselin is no stranger to grand meals. With 8-year-old twins or 4-year-old sextuplets, the stars of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 is used to cooking for 10. Come the holidays, Gosselin will outdo even herself.
